The team of consultants led by James Stewart, from Azurium, conducted a strategic business review for the Board of Icebreaker, working collaboratively with the Icebreaker leadership team to confirm and prioritise existing initiatives and identify a range of new strategic, operational and financial improvement opportunities for the business.
The team provided us with sound advice on program set-up, governance, benefits realisation and resource allocation to set the leadership team and business up to execute a successful complex change program comprising over 50 individual projects.
Upon implementation, this change program will help transform our global operations into a truly consumer-led and efficient omnichannel business with significant improvement in underlying financial performance. Six months on we are on track and delivering the underlying financial plan and hitting the key milestones forecast with the Azurium team.
